For arrivals at SLC:

After you have your bags let your driver know (mobile number & vehicle registration provided in your booking confirmation) then head to column 5A (right by the terminal building) . Follow signs for taxis & limos at the A curb.

Pick the hour slot that best fits your timing. eg for a 10.15am arrival
at SLC select 10am, for a 11.45am arrival select 12 pm.

When booking you will enter your flight details and we will track your flight to be there for arrival. In the event of significant delay of over one hour we will endeavor to pick you up but may not be able to if the vehicle / driver has other commitments. In this event you would receive a full refund. To be honest this doesnt happen very often at all but better to know in advance. We really will do what we can to get you up the mountain and occasionally will use the services of another reliable, local vehicle and driver.

For departures
from Park City / Deer Valley:
